FRUIT PRESSURE / FIRMNESS TESTER

This instrument is fit to detect proper picking maturity and controls fruit softening during cold storage it measures fruit firmness and provides a quick, easy and accurate method to determine fruit maturity.

Process:

Cut a part of fruit turn the dial to align the drive pointer with the first calibration of the dial hold the hardness tester in hand make the tester perpendicular to the surface of the fruit under tester press, the test heads into the fruit evenly and then drive the pointer to start driving of indicator on the dial.
